Online and Phone Groups

If you are unable to reach a physical group, an online or phone group can be a great way to stay connected to your mindfulness practice and feel the support of others.

Deep listening Sangha

Deep Listening Sangha is a Sangha by telephone.

It has been created especially for people who want to stay connected to the Plum Village practice (as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh,) but who cannot get to a face-to-face Sangha for whatever reason.

We have one hour fortnightly sessions, on both (either) Tuesday and (or) Wednesday evening by phone using a teleconferencing facility. The maximum charge from a land line is the same as a 01 or 02 call, and if you have paid for bundled minutes or have free minutes as part of a monthly contract then the minutes of the call can count as part of these and so there may be just a connection charge.

We practise guided meditation, listen to a reading, and get to know each other by sharing our practice experiences.

We would love to hear from you.

Rainbow Sangha

Rainbow Sangha UK is an online Sangha for those who identify under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella (Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Trans, Queer, Intersex, Asexual +).

We meet every Tuesday at 7pm – 8.30pm.

As people identifying under this umbrella we face challenges within ourselves, and forms of discrimination in society.

We come together to meet each other, be visible, and practise together. We wish to support each other and to acknowledge our own uniqueness and connectedness. We co-create a mindful space where we can equally share our pain and our joy, and just enjoy being together.
