Gain a grounding in mindfulness or refresh your practice
Mindfulness and meditation practices help us live a fuller and happier life, by being fully focused on the present moment, not absorbed in regrets, plans, worries or other thoughts. When we practise mindfulness we create more stillness which allows us to see more clearly what brings us happiness and what causes suffering. With this awareness, we can make positive choices in everyday life.
Mindfulness is rooted in Buddhist meditation, with effects verified by neuroscience, and as such is open to non-Buddhists and Buddhists alike.
We invite you to join this course and experience guided practices, small group discussions and practical exercises. Available online over six weeks, on a weekend retreat and in person (Covid restrictions permitting), our courses are a flexible way to learn to live with more depth and freedom.
