We are a warm and welcoming group who meet weekly in North Fife to practice mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
Our practice normally includes a guided meditation, walking meditation (often in the orchard outside), sitting together in silence and provides a space for us to share our experiences of living a mindful life together.
We also try to organise regular Mindfulness Days to allow us to immerse ourselves more deeply in the practice and nourish our growing community.
We actively welcome any practitioners to the group.
