Leeds InterBeing Sangha
The Leeds InterBeing Sangha (LIBS) meet every Saturday at 12 noon for a couple of hours of practice in the Plum Village tradition, and at other times for days of mindfulness, evening gatherings and other activities.
We gather at Mill Hill Chapel, the Unitarian Church on City Square, and all are welcome to join us.
