Retreats

Retreats offer us a chance to immerse ourselves in mindfulness practice

Away from the demands and distractions of everyday life, a retreat gives us a chance to practice living deeply in each moment, get to understand ourselves better and to connect with other mindfulness practitioners.

Note that all our retreats operate on a Not for Profit basis. Any surplus remaining when all costs have been met is returned to the Charity to support our work in promoting the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh in the UK.
