Mindful Morning: Interfaith Practice. Meditation – Key to Doors of Mysteries

As the worldwide Bahá’i Community mark the Centenary of the passing of Sir ‘Abdu’l-Bahá Abbas (one of its central figures) Arezoo Farahzad talks about His legacy, life of service and potency of His writings

Arezoo Farahzad was born in Iran and moved to the UK with her parents in 1977. Following the revolution in Iran two year’s later, it no longer became possible for them to return. They were members of the Bahá’i Faith, the country’s largest minority religion and the most persecuted. Arezoo grew up to enjoy a career as a radio and television producer, something she continues to do today. She is a member of Plymouth Bahá’i Community and a member of Plymouth Council of Faiths.
