SUMMARY:Mindful Morning - New Year Aspirations
DESCRIPTION:Following a popular tradition in the UK Sangha’s online events\, we offer a Mindful Morning on New Year’s Day \nThere will be a video recording of a New Year’s Eve Dharma talk from Plum Village\, and an opportunity to share in small groups our own aspirations for deepening our practice in the year ahead. \n\nUsually on the first Sunday of every month\, we offer a Morning of Mindfulness led by UK Lay Dharma Teachers\, Members of the Order of Interbeing\, Monastic Dharma Teachers and special guests. \nThe morning will typically include a guided meditation\, followed by a talk or panel.
