All of the material from the usual format Art of Zen course will be covered. \nZen wisdom provides a way to peace within ourselves and serenity in the face of suffering. Week by week\, learn how you can bring meditative awareness to everything that you do. \nEach session will be interactive\, with a mixture of guided meditations\, group discussions\, and practical exercises. \nAll our courses are led by practitioners with many years experience.
