Sunday Sangha is an online mindfulness group that meets every Sunday from 5 pm – 6 pm.

The 1-hour session follows the Plum Village practices and teachings as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh.
Experienced practitioners, or Dharma Teachers, co-facilitate sessions by offering a variety of weekly meditations and topics which change and support new, fresh, ‘light’ and friendly experiences.
Each session generally includes a guided meditation, a short reading and a sharing opportunity in a ‘Breakout’ group of 4-8 persons. All practitioners are encouraged to share ‘from the heart’, by contributing to enjoyable, supportive and insightful sharings using the mindfulness practices of Deep Listening and Loving Speech.
Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to join us.
