Welcome all
Susanne Olbrich, Joe Holtway, and Martha Wright will bring mindfulness practices and songs, and guide explorations of sounds and silence. We will explore deep listening and authentic, embodied sounding, using the voice in ways that feel comfortable and natural. If you play an instrument, bring it along. We would love you to join us.
