Morning of Mindfulness
Dear Friends in the Dharma,
This morning is for all in our sangha – whether you are fairly new or very experienced we can support each other to practise mindfulness together.
Brother Phap Lai will guide the morning by sharing deep and joyful aspects of mindfulness practise. This is a wonderful opportunity to consider how to refresh our love and understanding for ourselves and the world. We can explore mindfulness together with guided practice, a dharma talk and time for reflection.
Belonging to the series of Monthly Mindful Mornings held by Dharma teachers and members of the Order of Interbeing, on the first Sunday of the month, this event will occur on 4th April.
