Join us on Zoom this October for the Scottish Dharma Training retreat. Guided by Dharma teachers Martin Pitt and Susanne Olbrich, we will explore the Six Perfections (Paramitas) and their relevance to our everyday life. The Paramitas are Generosity, Mindfulness Trainings, Inclusiveness, Diligence, Meditation and Understanding. We will deepen our practice with guided and silent sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful meals, deep relaxation and noble silence.
The programme is organised in a spacious way; online sessions alternate with offline practice, and there will be plenty of breaks for which we suggest mindfulness practices to suit your own rhythms and circumstances.
Date and times: The retreat starts on Friday 9th October 2020 at 7.30pm and finishes on Monday 12thOctober 2020 in the afternoon.
Dana: There will be an invitation to give Dana (a voluntary contribution) at the end of the retreat to express appreciation to Martin and Susanne and to support their work.

Would you like to help? We are looking for a volunteer with some technical knowledge to help us manage any Zoom-related issues that might arise during the retreat. You will be working alongside a team of organisers who take turns with hosting the Zoom sessions, and you will be able to enjoy the retreat as well. Do let us know if you are interested!
